We knew for weeks that NASCAR Cup Series regulars would be looking for some extra time on the Bristol dirt track ahead of Sunday's race, but 7 have entered the Pinty's Truck Race Saturday night. Daniel Suarez, Chase Briscoe, Kevin Harvick, Bubba Wallace, Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Larson and Ryan Newman are scheduled to compete with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Regulars.
Drivers Larson, Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott competed this past weekend in the Bristol Dirt Nationals for more experience. Xfinity regular, Myatt Snyder, is also entered. There are a few trucks entered with drivers as TBA, which could open the door for more. The Pinty's Truck race on Dirt will take place Saturday night at 7:00CT on FS1. It will use the same qualifying format as the Cup Series with 4 heat races earlier in the day.
